We have never had a more important role to play—as an organization, as a community, and as individuals—in the health of the world than we do right now. What’s that role? To help in eradicating this pandemic by getting the vaccination. By taking the pledge, it is an outward demonstration of that commitment.

As healthcare workers, we share responsibility for the members we serve. Our personal safety as well as that of our families, our coworkers, and the people who seek treatment from us is our top priority. Because we sit among essential workers across the country, we must lead the rest. We will honor the lives of those lost to COVID-19 by acting on their behalf, for the greater good, and getting inoculated against this deadly virus.
