AbsoluteCare Welcomes Dr. Christian Chisholm “C.C.” Halloran as Ohio Regional Medical Director
AbsoluteCare, a leading provider of value-based care for the most medically complex and socially vulnerable individuals, announces the appointment of Christian Chisholm “C.C.” Halloran, M.D. as Ohio Regional Medical Director.
Dr. Halloran joins AbsoluteCare at a pivotal moment of growth across Ohio, ahead of the launch of the company’s Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) clinical pathway in early 2026. This initiative will reach more than 7,000 eligible patients statewide, delivering integrated, whole-person care to those who need it most.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Halloran to AbsoluteCare,” said Dr. Greg Foti, AbsoluteCare’s Chief Medical and Transformation Officer. “Dr. Halloran’s commitment to whole-person care will help us deliver the kind of compassionate, coordinated support our members deserve.”
A board-certified emergency physician – and lifelong Clevelander – Dr. Halloran brings over 20 years of hands-on, patient-centered care and a decade of experience leading interdisciplinary teams. She most recently served as Medical Director in Optum’s Home & Community division, where she focused on population health and value-based care across Ohio and Kentucky. Her career also includes impactful work at Cleveland Clinic in both Cleveland and Abu Dhabi.
“I’m thrilled to be part of AbsoluteCare’s mission to deliver compassionate, value-based care to our most medically complex members,” said Dr. Halloran. “It’s an incredible opportunity to support and empower our providers through education and leadership as we expand our reach – especially for those living with chronic conditions like CKD. We’re redefining what coordinated care should feel like, and I’m honored to be part of that journey.”
