Sexual Health screening (including HIV and STI screenings) are part of a regular yearly visit, just like your other health screenings. We’ll talk with you and together decide next steps.
We can help with:

HIV prevention and care with respect and privacy.
HIV care has changed a lot. With treatment, people living with HIV can live a long, healthy life. And if you are HIV negative, we can help you stay negative with prevention options like PrEP.
We can help you with:
- HIV/STI testing
- Starting or continuing HIV treatment
- PrEP, PEP and Doxy-PEP
- Hepatitis C care
- STI Treatment
- Support for substance use disorders and mental health
Easy medicine pick-up or delivery
Our pharmacy works closely with your care team. That helps make your medicine needs easier and less stressful.
Examples include:
- PrEP and PEP (Pre-exposure and post-exposure HIV medications)
- Antiretroviral Therapy (ART)
- STI Treatment
- Doxy-PEP
- Hepatitis C Treatment
- Long-acting medicines (shots/injections when needed)
You can:
- Pick up medicine in the center
- Or get medicine hand-delivered to you by our Pharmacy driver
Meet your care team
Sometimes sexual health connects to stress, anxiety, or substance use. If you want support, we are here. We offer medical care, counseling, therapy, and substance use support. All in a respectful, stigma-free space.

Dr. Gina Simoncini
Dr. Simoncini is an internal medicine physician with special expertise in HIV care, hepatitis C, substance use disorders, harm reduction services like PrEP, and complex medical conditions. She completed her medical degree and residency at Temple University Hospital and went on to complete a fellowship in HIV Medicine, driven by a passion for helping people facing health challenges and barriers to care.

Dr. Aqiyla Muhammad
Dr. Muhammad is a primary care physician at AbsoluteCare who is dedicated to helping people manage their health and reach their wellness goals. She works closely with members to provide personalized care and build trusted relationships.

Angela Kapalko, PA-C, AAHIVS
Angela graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine’s Physician Assistant Program. She prides herself on shared decision making with each and every patient, tailoring treatment goals, and building long-lasting relationships with her members. She takes high interest in HIV medicine, Hepatitis C Treatment, Diabetes management, and substance use treatment options.

Sarah has more than 18 years of experience caring for people living with HIV, managing chronic conditions, and supporting LGBTQIA+ health, sexual health, mental health, and substance use treatment. She is passionate about providing whole-person care and brings expertise in patient safety, quality, and helping people achieve better health outcomes.
