Sexual Health screening (including HIV and STI screenings) are part of a regular yearly visit, just like your other health screenings. We’ll talk with you and together decide next steps.
We can help with:

- PrEP (medicine to help prevent HIV)
- PEP (medicine you may take after possible HIV exposure)
- Hepatitis C testing and treatment
- STI/STD testing and treatment
- Wound care

- Same-day or next-day visits when you need care fast

HIV prevention and care with respect and privacy.
HIV care has changed a lot. With treatment, people living with HIV can live a long, healthy life. And if you are HIV negative, we can help you stay negative with prevention options like PrEP.
We can help you with:
- HIV/STI testing
- Starting or continuing HIV treatment
- PrEP, PEP and Doxy-PEP
- Hepatitis C care
- STI Treatment
- Support for substance use disorders and mental health
Easy medicine pick-up or delivery
Our pharmacy works closely with your care team. That helps make your medicine needs easier and less stressful.
Sexual health medications may include:
- PrEP and PEP (Pre-exposure and post-exposure HIV medications)
- Antiretroviral Therapy (ART)
- STI Treatment
- Doxy-PEP
- Hepatitis C Treatment
- Long-acting medicines (shots/injections when needed)

- At the Pharmacy counter in our center, or
- Hand-delivered to you by our Pharmacy driver

Sometimes sexual health connects to stress, anxiety, or substance use. If you want support, we are here. We offer medical care, counseling, therapy, and substance use support. All in a respectful, stigma-free space.

Dr. Raj Rajesh
Dr. Raj Rajesh is a family physician and the Medical Director for AbsoluteCare Cleveland. He creates a welcoming environment where patients can talk openly about their health and get the care they need with respect and confidence.

Dr. Michelle Lees
Dr. Lees is a board-certified family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine (formerly the Medical College of Ohio) and has more than 20 years of experience caring for patients. She enjoys building lasting relationships and helping people feel comfortable, informed, and supported in every stage of their health journey.

Judy Onkoba, NP
Judy earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Nursing from Ursuline College and is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping people live healthier lives. She takes time to listen, answer questions, and make sure every patient feels welcome and cared for.
